About the Lab
Welcome to the BALD Lab (Brain Aging & Longitudinal Data), led by Dr. Shannon Drouin, Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of New Brunswick. The BALD lab studies the diverse ways people age — focusing on explaining heterogeneity from multi-modal health factors. We apply data-driven and data-intensive approaches to understand resilient aging trajectories, healthy and normal aging, as well as neurodegenerative disease (e.g., Alzheimer's disease).
